J-Bots
http://www.websunlimited.com/
|
J-Bots Components
are components that meet the FrontPage Component specifications and
are fully integrated into the FrontPage program. J-Bots, which is
written in C++, creates dialog boxes that can be filled in to
generate JavaScript code in the background. This, in turn creates
various functions on their sites, like drop down jump menus, running
clocks, and mouseover images. With J-Bots Components, you don't have
to know how to program in JavaScript. And even if you do know how,
J-Bots will save you hours of programming time. |

To run Java applets and applications one needs a Java Virtual
Machine. Microsoft operating systems and browsers no longer come
with a JVM, although a machine of sorts is available in update
packs. The smart thing to do is to download and install the Java
Virtual Machine from Sun, who invented Java. Then have fun in their
Java technology-based Application Showcase: a select collection of
games, finance, chat programs, and more! Windows
XP/Me/NT4/2000/98/95. Free. |

|
The FrontLook
Image Chameleon lets you tweak your GIF and JPEG files without
leaving FrontPage.
Once you install
Image Chameleon, it integrates with FrontPage automatically. You can
launch the program by either selecting the Format › Image Chameleon
menu item or by clicking the Pictures/Image Chameleon toolbar
button. Once the Image Chameleon dialog box launches, click Open to
navigate to the image that you want to tweak. An easier way to do
this, however, is to select the image in the page that you want to
adjust, then select the Format › Image Chameleon menu item. The
Image Chameleon dialog box will open, and this time the image will
already be loaded for you to work on. |

for distribution. Note that Media Manager provides the basic
functionality for these players. Media Manager supports the
following players:

Microsoft maintains a list of FrontPage add-ons;
unfortunately, many of them have not been updated for version 2002.
Instead of downloading these products only to find that they don't
work in the newest version, we've found several others that will
help you automate different tasks in FrontPage 2002. We'll show you
how to use them and how to get the most out of their functionality.
