Directions on How to Make a Paper Plate Mobile

Supplies:

Paper plate

Markers, crayons or colored pencils

File cards

Yarn

Hole Punch

1.  Draw a spiral on a paper plate.

2.  Cut along the line.

3.  Decorate the plate with crayons, or markers.  

4.  On file cards use markers, crayons or colored pencils to write facts, dates or draw pictures about your American woman.

5.  Use a hole punch to punch a hole on each file card.  Punch the same number of holes into the spiraled paper plate as file cards.

6.  Use yarn to attach cards to paper plate.  Use one piece of yarn in the center to hang the mobile.
