Welcome to the CrossroadS Web Quest. Crossroads is a course designed to offer high school students a variety of experiences to increase their level of tolerance for their fellow human beings. This Web Quest is designed to enhance the course, offer students an opportunity to explore issues of tolerance individually or in groups; cross the disciplines of language arts, social studies, and history; and allow students to react, reflect, and respond to these issues in a personal and significant way. Students should leave the Webquest enlightened, thoughtful, uncomfortable, and confused. Teachers wishing to use this Webquest are welcome, but are encouraged to preview all of the content carefully; there may be those of the opinion that some topics and graphics are unsuitable to some students.
