The Task

You will learn about your favorite dinosaur by doing a diorama and presenting an oral report to the class.

 

The Process

v1. Pick a dinosaur of your choice from the Dinosaur Alphabet Book.  Print out that page from the book.

v2.You will need to locate information from the Dinosaur Alphabet Book to answer the following questions:

·       A. Where did the dinosaur live?   On land, in the air, or water?

·       B. What did the dinosaur eat? Was it a plant eater or a meat eater?

·       C. How much did it weigh?

v3.Write all of your facts on the dinosaur shaped paper provided.

v4. Make a diorama of that dinosaur using clay.  You may use whatever nature items to fill in the shoebox that describes that dinosaur’s habitat.

v5.Be able to present your dinosaur diorama orally to the class using the questions that I assigned.

Evaluation

Students will be graded on their oral presentation using a rubric.
