1. What is the goal of your video?
2. Who will your audience be?
3. What is your plan for presentation? Remember your goal should be to get some point across to the audience.
4. Make a storyboard for production. Draw a rough sketch of each shot. Write down what you will say when you are shooting. Decide exactly what the view will see and hear:
Choose the shots carefulpan-camera moves from left to right or right to left.
zoom-going from a wide angle shot to a telephoto shot or from a telephoto shot to a wide angle shot.Keep in mind the different shot angles.
high angle-shot in which the camera is above the object or person looking at it.
side angle-shot in which the person is seen from a side-view.
Choose shots that will be most effective in conveying your message.
